We’re noticing a big uptick in rat and mouse infestations as winter takes hold. ❄️ 🐀

If you're hearing noises in your roof, you should book in a rodent inspection. Rats and mice can do a lot of damage to insulation, pipes, and electrical wiring.

If you’re baiting, remember that baits take 5-7 days to take effect, so a lot of chewing can be done in the meantime. Proofing and exclusion is a much better way to go.
