Our Tuesday 10am class tried something a little different today, bang stick.

Class is back tomorrow for our Balgownie students, and this Friday for our Wollongong students.
A reminder: These classes are casual meaning you simply come along whenever you can, and you only pay when you attend. You can start at any time, and your first class is free!

We hope you have all enjoyed your break. Classes return next week.
Balgownie - 9am for beginners and 10am for progressing students start on Tuesday the 13th.
Wollongong - 9am class at Dance space returns on Friday the 16th.
NEW CLASS **** Keiraville 9.30am on Thursdays at the Polish association Hall on Gipps st, starts the following week on the 22nd.
All of these classes are casual, meaning you can start whenever you would like to and you only pay when you come. Your first class is always free.

Thanks to everyone who came to our spring into Tai Chi program in the Wollongong Botanic Garden. It was a delight.

This morning Jen and I ran a community Tai Chi class at The Illawarra Rhododenron Gardens. Such a delightful expereince. The gardens are so lovely this time of year. Go and visit if you havent been for a while, its gorgeous.

The weather is expected to be lovely this Sunday, so if you would like to join us for a community taichi class at The Illawarra Rhododendron Gardens, we would love to see you. The class will be held at 10.30am and a donation of $5 is to be paid for entry to the gardens. Everyone is welcome. The class will be suitable for beginners.

Next Sunday Jen and I will be offering a free Tai Chi class in the Illawarra Rhododendron and Rainforest gardens at 10.30am.
There is a cost of $5 donation to enter the garden, and all profits go toward maintaining this beautiful garden which doesn't receive council funding.

This morning we ran our first Tai Chi class in the Wollongong Botanic Garden. What a perfect day for it.
We are learning the Baduanjin and it was lovely in the shade of the trees listening to the wind rustle among the branches. We even had an odd bush Turkey wander through!
