If you know Samara you know it’s going to be a very fun and spicy time… so we are bringing you Pour Decisions & Pilates!

A little Pilates, a little w**e and a whole lot of good vibes!

Join us for a fun 45-minute Pilates session with a little twist. Have a laugh while balancing your bevvy and putting your Pilates skills to the test!

Then stick around for your own mini charcuterie board, some w**e (or BYO your favourite sip) and 30 minutes to snack, sip and catch up.

With bookings already filling up for October and the warmer season upon us, it’s such an exciting time in the studio!

We love seeing all the beautiful events, workshops and gatherings come to life, especially as our little town starts to get busier heading towards (dare we say it!?) Christmas.

We also know how quickly this time of year fills up, so if you’re looking for a beautiful space for your next event, conference, circle, workshop or practice, now is the time to get your dates locked in.

We are SO excited to welcome our newest Pilates teacher to the team, the kindest and most beautiful soul, Elisha! 🤍

To welcome her into the Studio Wellness community, Elisha will be offering FREE Reformer Pilates classes from the 14th to 30th of September while she settles into the space and gets to know all of you.

If you’ve been wanting to give Reformer a go, add an extra class into your week, or simply come along and support a new teacher, this is your chance!

Monday | 4pm & 5pm
Wednesday | 5pm, 6pm & 7pm

Elisha will then step into our term 4 timetable as our ongoing Monday and Wednesday night Pilates lover and teacher. Did we mention Elisha is clinically trained too!? 🤯😍
