Wynnum Pickleball is not just about the sport. It is about friendship and celecration. Today we celebrated 3 birthdays with a combined age of 215 years. The hosts even dressed up for the occasion, then we went to lunch.

We may suck at taking photos, but we're good at introducing new people to Pickleball! 😝 We had a full house of first timers recently, learning the basics as well as the fun of the sport! Thanks to our volunteers who assisted on the night 🙏

We hope to do this monthly, so keep an eye out for our next one.

⭐ We are very excited to share the news that Councillor Givney has been working hard in the background to bring even more facilities to our Bayside 😎

We will still be working with all our existing venues for now, but look forward to finalising negotiations for a new Clubhouse and are hopeful that dedicated Pickleball courts will follow 🥒❣️

Wynnum Pickleball are running Sunday Afternoon sessions at Wynnum State School during October from 3pm to 5pm. The courts are accessed from the Boxgrove Avenue entrance with off street parking.

All equipment is supplied and experienced players will be on hand to guide new players.

As a bonus, due to a grant from The Council On The Aging, those over 50 get to play for free!
