Dear all,
With both gratitude and sadness I announce a pause in my coaching services and the closing of my coaching location in Aruba. Due to personal circumstances I have to relocate to the Netherlands, a process which proved to be very difficult in these bizarre times that are upon us.
A very big thank you to you, my clients, trainers, colleagues, friends and other followers for the trust, the help, support and interest in my equine assisted coaching practice. Without all of you I would not have been able to give my clients such wonderful experiences with my wonderful horses. The horses have been the most amazing partners, as some of you have experienced yourselves. They have taught me so much, I am forever grateful to them and they will be in my heart forever.

Coaching the Aruba Beach Tennis Selection team!
In a completely different setting than usual, part of the Aruba selection joined in a mental coaching session. The activities were aimed on team-building and communication.
In two groups the players learned how to synchronize and enforce their actions by clear verbal AND nonverbal communication. With the horses reacting instantly to the level of coherence within the teams, it became very clear that body language plays an important role in effective communication, which is necessary to increase confidence.
The final exercise to move as synchronized as a herd was difficult but successful and after a while the horse moved freely with the teams as if he was one of them.

The rainy season in Aruba creates a lush green paradise.... after the extreme heat and drought the lush grasses are very welcome!! My horses get to enjoy it as much as possible...
