It’s Time to go back to high school and talk about Newton’s Laws of Motion 🤓 ✏️
1. Inertia (∑F=0⇒v=constant) an object at rest stays at rest, an object in motion stays in motion and when you move in the water you generate turbulence and a current especially when you start, stop and change direction 🌀
2. Acceleration (∑F=ma) you might associate acceleration to speed, but especially in water think of how speed is related to force. The bigger your move, the more force you can apply
3. Action/Reaction (FAB = −FBA) for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The harder you push the water, the harder the water pushes back, so think about how you move your arms in water.
