Baku Oilers

FIBA, Majority of Azerbaijani basketball clubs have protested Azerbaijan Basketball Federation (ABF) for their irresponsible management, not organizing proper league under regulations of FIBA standards.

Being member of , ABF must follow `s Integrity Policy, and respect regulations of Book 5. However, neither of Azerbaijani national teams, U-16, U-18, U-20, were not participated in any international competitions (including A Team), due to mismanagement, and not caring behavior of ABF.

Please, pay attention to press conference in the link below, where club owners, former national players protested ABF, and decided not attend to national league.

Considering above mentioned details, and s role in the region, we belive should investigate current status in ABF by questioning his members status and work regime.

Yesterday, we had Farewell party for Kent Babin, SG of the team. He had amazing season and was one of the best SG of the leauge. He had 45%FG, 90%FT, 1,95 3points, 6 assists, 2 stls, 7 rebounds, 14 points avarage. Best wishes Kent on your further career.

Our Shooting Guard, Kent Babin, is going to leave Baku next week. He is going to play for Bali Whales. We wish luck him on his new team.
