If you’re over 40 and haven’t yet heard about autophagy, you’re missing out on something really important and very exciting! I must admit I’ve been obsessed with this for some time, particularly when it comes to skin and cognition. 🤓

This natural process is associated with longevity, weight loss, diminished wrinkles, hair growth and chronic disease prevention - diabetes, Parkinson’s, certain cancers and Alzheimer’s.
It may also have an effect on many of the hormones that control hunger, such as ghrelin, insulin, and glucagon to reduce cravings, increase insulin sensitivity. and manage inflammation. 💯
