"Left photo: July 2014 while completing Tough Mudder & all I would do was cardio. Right photo: February 2019 roughly 2 years into weightlifting with about 6 months break at the end of last year. People think weights make you bulky but it's not the case at all. I was about a stone lighter on the left photo but was bigger than I am now at a stone heavier (don't go by what the scales say!). - Rhiannon.
