📢 UBEC OFFICIAL NOTICE
All players and clubs are hereby informed that:
◑From now on, if any player or club gets banned, the ban may be effective across all 4 communities.
◑All major ban-related issues will be reviewed and handled by UBEC.
◑Permanent ban decisions will be taken by UBEC, while temporary bans may be decided by individual communities when necessary.
◑All kinds of evidence and proof related to bans will be preserved by UBEC and used when required.
⚠️ One mistake can get you banned from all four communities.

এতদ্বারা সকল প্লেয়ার ও ক্লাবকে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে:
১. এখন থেকে কোনো প্লেয়ার বা ক্লাব Ban হলে, সেই Ban ৪টি কমিউনিটিতেই সম্মিলিতভাবে কার্যকর হতে পারে।
২. Ban সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো বড় ধরনের বিষয় UBEC দ্বারা পর্যালোচনা ও সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হবে।
৩. Permanent Ban-এর সিদ্ধান্ত UBEC গ্রহণ করবে, তবে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Temporary Ban-এর সিদ্ধান্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট কমিউনিটি নিতে পারবে।
৪. Ban সংক্রান্ত সকল Evidence ও Proof UBEC-এর কাছে সংরক্ষিত থাকবে এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী তা ব্যবহার করা হবে।
⚠️ একটি ভুল আপনাকে চারটি কমিউনিটি থেকেই নিষিদ্ধ করতে পারে।

ONE COUNTRY • ONE GAME • ONE BALLON D’OR
From now on, the BD eFootball Ballon d’Or Award will be officially controlled and organized by UBEC.
This decision applies to all communities under UBEC.
For the current season, Ballon d’Or nominations will be based on the combined stats and achievements of all 4 communities.
The final winner will be determined through voting and will rise to claim the ultimate honor.

এখন থেকে BD eFootball Ballon d’Or Award সম্পূর্ণভাবে UBEC-এর নিয়ন্ত্রণে পরিচালিত হবে।
এই সিদ্ধান্তটি UBEC-এর অধীনে থাকা সকল কমিউনিটির জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
বর্তমান সিজনের Ballon d’Or ৪টি কমিউনিটির সম্মিলিত stats ও achievements-এর ভিত্তিতে nomination দেওয়া হবে। এবং চূড়ান্ত বিজয়ী ভোটের মাধ্যমে নির্ধারিত হয়ে Ballon d’Or অর্জন করবে।
