Irons Fencing Club participated in the 1st Pramila Fencing championship, bringing together women fencers for a day full of competitive bouts, sharp moments, and plenty to remember.

Irons Fencing Club brought the thrill of fencing to Summer Flow!⚔️

From an exciting fencing demonstration to fun colouring activities, we had an amazing time introducing everyone to the sport and sharing the energy, excitement, and spirit of fencing with the Summer Flow community. 🎨🤺 We also had fun doing Yoga, meditation and art and clay making.

It was a day filled with fun, curiosity, and plenty of unforgettable moments. Thank you, Summer Flow, for having us!

We have partnered with The Flow Fest to offer you a wonderful weekend of wellness.

Summer Flow. Gulshan Shooting Club. August 21-22.
Fencing sessions will take place on 22nd August at 10am.

The weekend opens with a Rave Run, a 7.5K around Hatirjheel starting from the Amphi Theatre at 6 AM. Run it, walk it, or dance it. From there: sound healing, yoga, honest conversations on mental wellbeing, poetry, open mic, a creativity corner, free health checks, speed friending, a market of conscious brands, and a closing singalong that moves from Tagore to Beatles and open mic by Project Dhk Creative.
Wellbeing isn’t a theory. Come feel what it’s like.
