The Lonely Man

Rafiq used to stare at the sky every night. While everyone else slept, he stayed awake, feeling an emptiness inside—like he had everything, yet no one.

One day, he asked an elderly man,
“Uncle, what should I do when I feel lonely?”

The man smiled and said,
“My son, whenever you feel alone, call upon Allah. People may leave in time, but Allah never leaves you.”

From that night on, Rafiq started sharing his thoughts with Allah. Slowly, his loneliness began to fade.

Because he realized—he was never truly alone.

রফিক প্রতিদিন রাতে ছাদের দিকে তাকিয়ে থাকে। চারপাশে সবাই ঘুমিয়ে পড়ে, কিন্তু তার চোখে ঘুম আসে না। মনে হয়—সবাই থাকার পরও সে ভীষণ একা।

একদিন সে এক বৃদ্ধ মানুষকে জিজ্ঞেস করল,
“চাচা, একা লাগলে কী করা উচিত?”

বৃদ্ধ মুচকি হেসে বললেন,
“বাবা, যখন মনে হবে তুমি একা, তখন আল্লাহকে ডাকো। মানুষ সময়মতো চলে যায়, কিন্তু আল্লাহ কখনো ছেড়ে যান না।”

সেই রাত থেকেই রফিক আল্লাহর সাথে নিজের মনের কথা বলা শুরু করল। ধীরে ধীরে তার একাকীত্ব কমে গেল।

কারণ—সে বুঝতে পারল, সে কখনোই একা ছিল না।

এক ব্যক্তি খুব কষ্টে জীবন কাটাচ্ছিলেন। দোয়া করতেন, কিন্তু মনে হতো আল্লাহ তাঁর দোয়া কবুল করছেন না। একদিন তিনি হতাশ হয়ে বললেন, “হে আল্লাহ, আমি তো এতদিন ধরে চাইছি, কিন্তু কিছুই তো পাচ্ছি না!”

সেই রাতে স্বপ্নে তিনি দেখলেন—একজন ফেরেশতা বলছে,
“তোমার প্রতিটি দোয়া আল্লাহ শুনেছেন। কিন্তু তিনি তোমাকে তোমার চাওয়ার চেয়েও উত্তম কিছু দেওয়ার জন্য সময় নিচ্ছেন।”

ঘুম থেকে উঠে মানুষটি বুঝলেন—
সব দোয়া সঙ্গে সঙ্গে কবুল হয় না, কিন্তু আল্লাহ কখনোই তা ফিরিয়ে দেন না।

শিক্ষা:
ধৈর্য ধরো। আল্লাহর পরিকল্পনা সবসময় আমাদের পরিকল্পনার চেয়ে উত্তম।

“নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ ধৈর্যশীলদের সাথে আছেন।” (সূরা আল-বাকারা 2:153)

Islamic Reminder

Allah knows what your heart hides and what your tongue cannot explain.

Sometimes you can’t put your pain, your dreams, or your دعا into words… but Allah understands it all. Every silent tear, every unspoken hope — He knows. 🤍

So never stop making du’a, even quietly.

Warning About Adultery (Zina)

The Prophet ﷺ said:
"لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ"

Translation:
“The adulterer does not commit adultery while he is a believer.”

Lesson:
Zina is a major sin that weakens a person’s faith. A true believer strives to stay away from all forms of immorality and seeks Allah’s protection.
