For frozen shoulder, exercises should be gentle and focused on restoring range of motion, not forcing through pain 😩

1. Gradually build your strength and allow your body to adapt over time.
2. Start with light resistance, such as 1–2 kg weights or a resistance band, and focus on proper form.
3. Perform 3 sets of 10–12 repetitions, with controlled and comfortable movements.
4. For seniors, progress slowly and safely, increasing resistance only when the body is ready.
5. Don’t rush the process. Stay consistent for at least 30 days and focus on steady progress rather than quick results.🇧🇩🙏🏽💪🏽
