গরম হোক বা শীতকাল নারীরা মেকআপ ছাড়া একটু কমই ঘর থেকে বের হন। বিশেষ করে পার্টি থাকলে তো কথাই নেই। ছুটির দিনগুলোতে দুপুরে বা রাতে অনুষ্ঠানের দাওয়াত পড়েই যায়। আর তখন গরমে মেকআপ নষ্ট হয়ে যাওয়ার ভয় কাজ করতে থাকে মনে। কিন্তু কিছু ছোট্ট ও সহজ নিয়ম মেনে চলতে পারলে মেকআপ নষ্ট হওয়ার এই ভয় দূর করে দেয়া যায় খুব সহজেই।

আজ জেনে নিন মেকআপ নষ্ট হওয়া বা গলে যাওয়া থেকে বাঁচতে সহজ ও ছোট্ট কিছু টিপস:

১) প্রথমে ফেসওয়াশ এবং ক্লিনজার দিয়ে ত্বক খুব ভালো করে ধুয়ে পরিষ্কার করে নেবেন। কারণ মুখ পরিষ্কার ও ধোয়া না হলে তেলতেল ভাব রয়ে যায়, এতে করেও মেকআপ গলে যাওয়ার ভয় থাকে।

২) ২-৩ টুকরো বরফ নিন হাতে। এই বরফ দিয়ে মুখের পুরো ত্বক ঘুরিয়ে ঘুরিয়ে ম্যাসেজ করুন। এতে করে মেকআপ অনেকটা সময় ত্বকে সেট থাকে।

৩) এমন মেকআপ ও কসমেটিকস ব্যবহার করুন যা পুরোপুরি অয়েল ফ্রি। এতে মেকআপ গলে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা কমে যায়। প্রয়োজনে নিজের অন্যান্য মেকআপ বাদ দিন গরমকালের জন্য, নিয়ে আসুন অয়েল ফ্রি মেকআপ।

৪) টোনার দিয়ে মুখ ভালো করে মুছে নেবেন এবং ভালো সানস্ক্রিন লোশন লাগিয়ে নেবেন। এতে অতিরিক্ত তেল দূর হবে ত্বক থেকে এবং মেকআপ সেট থাকবে অনেকটা সময়।

৫) প্রথমে মেকআপ প্রাইমার লাগিয়ে নেবেন এটি মেকআপ গলে যাওয়া রোধ করবে।

৬) খুব অল্প পরিমাণে ফাউন্ডেশন ব্যবহার করবেন। এবং লিক্যুইডের চাইতে সেমি-লিক্যুইড বা পাউডার ফাউন্ডেশন ব্যবহার করলে মেকআপ গলার সম্ভাবনা কম থাকে।

৭) ল্যুজ পাউডার চেপে দিয়ে ত্বকের উপরে মেকআপ সেট করে নিন। এতে বাড়তি তেল পাউডার শুষে নেয়ার কাজ করবে অনেকটা সময় এবং মেকআপ গলবে না।

৮) অবশ্যই ওয়াটারপ্রুফ মেকআপ ব্যবহার করবেন গরমকালে।
