Masum is a dynamic individual who balances the dual worlds of corporate leadership and endurance sports with excellence. A committed corporate professional in the banking sector, he is known for his results-driven mindset, collaborative leadership, and dedication to continuous growth.
Beyond the boardroom, Masum is a passionate endurance athlete and duathlete with over 3 years of experience in running and cycling. His athletic journey includes completing more than 10 half marathons and numerous short-distance races across Bangladesh.
In 2025, he achieved a major milestone by representing Bangladesh at the prestigious Powerman Malaysia Duathlon, where he proudly secured the top position among Bangladeshi participants in the short-distance category. This achievement highlights his discipline, resilience, and ability to perform at an international level.
As a pacer, Masum brings not only his racing experience but also his strong sense of responsibility, motivation, and encouragement to help fellow runners reach their goals. His presence ensures that every participant in his group will feel supported, confident, and inspired to cross the finish line on time.
