Playing cricket in hot weather can lead to dehydration. Follow these tips—

✅ What to Do
• Drink Water:
Before, during (every 15–20 mins), and after the game.
• Take Electrolytes:
Coconut water or ORS helps maintain salt balance. (Avoid if you have high blood pressure)
• Wear Light Clothing:
Use breathable, light-colored jerseys.
• Eat Smart:
Have water-rich foods like cucumber, watermelon, orange.
• Rest Properly:
Stay in shade during breaks, use a wet towel if possible.

• Fatigue & muscle cramps
• Headache or dizziness
• Loss of focus

The tournament will be conducted with the already confirmed teams only.

⚠️ Teams who fail to complete their full registration within the given deadline will be automatically disqualified, and their slot will be offered to a new team.
