মে ২০২৫ থেকে আমি Team Xenon গড়ে তোলার জন্য আমার সর্বোচ্চটা দিয়েছি। শুরুর দিকে A1 eSports আমাকে নিজের একটা টিম গড়ার জন্য অনুপ্রাণিত করেছিল—সেখান থেকেই এই যাত্রার শুরু। একটি ৯–৬ চাকরি সামলানোর পাশাপাশি পুরো টিমটা আমি একাই ম্যানেজ করেছি—সময়, পরিশ্রম, পরিকল্পনা সবকিছুই নিজের দায়িত্বে ছিল। কঠিন ছিল, কিন্তু আমি বিশ্বাস করতাম।

আমাদের ভালো সময়ও ছিল। PMRS এবং PMAC-এ টিম দারুণ পারফর্ম করেছে, যা প্রমাণ করে আমরা ভালো কিছু করতে পারতাম। এই জার্নির জন্য আমি টিমের প্রতিটা প্লেয়ারের উপর গর্বিত।

দুর্ভাগ্যবশত, PMNC-এর Round of 64 থেকেই আমাদের যাত্রা শেষ হয়ে যায়। অনেক চেষ্টা করার পরও কখনো কখনো ফলাফল আমাদের পক্ষে আসে না।

সময়ের সাথে সাথে টিম চালানোটা আমার জন্য অনেক বড় আর্থিক চাপ হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছে। ব্যক্তিগত জীবন, চাকরি এবং টিমের খরচ—সব একসাথে সামলানো এখন আর সম্ভব হচ্ছে না।

অনেক কষ্ট নিয়ে জানাচ্ছি, আমি Team Xenon ডিসব্যান্ড করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছি।

আমার প্লেয়ারদের জন্য—তোমাদের পরিশ্রম, ডেডিকেশন এবং একসাথে কাটানো সময়গুলোর জন্য ধন্যবাদ। বিশেষ করে No Face, Rebel, Titan, Prizon এবং Godlin—তোমাদের কঠোর পরিশ্রমের জন্য আমি সত্যিই কৃতজ্ঞ।

তোমাদের ভবিষ্যতের জন্য রইলো অনেক শুভকামনা। নিজের স্বপ্নের পেছনে ছুটে যাও।
