IUB GYM Registration is now OPEN!

Starting this Spring 2026, we’re going paperless and making gym registration faster, simpler, and more eco-friendly! 🌱

How to get your gym card this semester (just 3 easy steps):

Step 1
✅ Log in to IRAS and complete your payment (Tk. 500 for one semester) via the SSL Payment Gateway (choose from Bkash, Nagad, or online bank transactions).
DO NOT PAY via Direct Bank Payment!!

Step 2
✅ After payment, fill out the Gym Google Form with your details.
Simply scan the QR code to access the form, and remember to log in with your IUB email only.

Step 3
✅ The next working day after payment and form submission, visit the IUB Gym with:

a) Proof of payment: (your name & ID must be on the IRAS list)

b) Google Form submission confirmation (show the confirmation email to the SoD)

c) 1 passport-sized photo for your gym card

d) Your valid IUB ID card

🕒 GYM Card Collection Hours:

- - 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at IUB Gym (Sunday - Thursday)
(Male students at the male gym, Female students at the female gym).

Amit Sarker Secures 2nd Place in Push-Up Competition 2025 organised by Shukhe. Present by Rise Above All powerd by MTB

Amit Sarker, a student of Accounting at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), achieved an impressive second place in the Push-Up Competition 2025 held on 31 October at the KIB Complex, Khamar Bari, Dhaka. The event brought together top push-up performers from more than ten universities across the country, making it one of the most competitive fitness contests of the year.

Amit completed 86 push-ups, earning him the second position among the shortlisted finalists. His performance stood out in the highly challenging Shukhee Presents Rise Above All 2025, powered by MTB. The Shukhee Push-Up Challenge was judged by fitness experts Rawan Ahmed Chowdhury and Wahida Hussain, adding further credibility and excitement to the competition.

Amit’s achievement reflects both his dedication to personal fitness and the competitive spirit of university athletes across Bangladesh.
