ফ্রি ফায়ার বাংলাদেশে অফিশিয়াল টুর্নামেন্টে 'সিন্ডিকেট' ও স্বজনপ্রীতির অভিযোগ।

​বাংলাদেশে ই-স্পোর্টসের ভবিষ্যৎ কি অন্ধকার? যোগ্যতার চেয়ে কি এখন 'মামা-খালু' আর টাকার জোরই শেষ কথা? সম্প্রতি গ্যারেনা ফ্রি ফায়ার বাংলাদেশ সার্ভারের জন্য আয়োজিত টুর্নামেন্টের ইনভাইটেড স্লট বন্টন প্রক্রিয়া দেখে এই প্রশ্নগুলো তোলা এখন সময়ের দাবি।

​একটি অফিশিয়াল টুর্নামেন্টে ২৪টি দলকে সরাসরি ইনভাইটেড স্লট দেওয়া হয়েছে। কিন্তু এই দল নির্বাচনের ক্ষেত্রে স্বচ্ছতার চরম অভাব লক্ষ্য করা যাচ্ছে।

​১. পক্ষপাতদুষ্ট দল নির্বাচন:
​K4 GALACTICO এবং TEAM FFENU এর মতো দলগুলোকে স্লট দেওয়া হয়েছে, যাদের সাথে মনিটরিং ইউনিট (BEMU & FFEB) সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিরা জড়িত। এটি সরাসরি 'কনফ্লিক্ট অফ ইন্টারেস্ট'।
​গ্যারেনার ইভেন্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট ও প্রোডাকশনের (T4B & LIQUID) সাথে যুক্ত ব্যক্তিরা নিজেদের প্রভাব খাটিয়ে T4B OFFICIAL-এর মতো অযোগ্য দলকে সরাসরি খেলার সুযোগ করে দিয়েছে।
​২. TALENT VS MONEY:
​SHD, EGO, NIGHTFURY, RAGE এবং XENON-এর মতো দলগুলো অফিশিয়াল দূরের কথা লোকাল কোনো বড় টুর্নামেন্টেই নিজেদের প্রমাণ করতে না পারলেও, রহস্যজনকভাবে ইনভাইটেড স্লট পেয়েছে। অভিযোগ উঠেছে, পারফরম্যান্সের বদলে স্পন্সরদের 'টাকার গরমে' এই স্লটগুলো কেনা হয়েছে।
​৩. গ্যারেনার অসাধু ম্যানেজমেন্টের ভূমিকা:
ম্যানেজমেন্টের কিছু অসাধু মডারেটরের কারণে পুরো ই-স্পোর্টস কমিউনিটি আজ কলঙ্কিত। যোগ্য দলগুলো যখন কোয়ালিফায়ার রাউন্ডে লড়াই করছে, তখন এই দলগুলো মাত্র ২-৩ রাউন্ড খেলেই ফাইনালের টিকিট পাচ্ছে। এছাড়াও অপেনলি যেখানে টাকার বিনিময়ে স্লট বিক্রি হচ্ছে সেখানে আদোও কি কোয়ালিফাইয়ার রাউন্ড থেকে কোনো দল সুযোগ পাবে নাকি সেগুলো স্লট আগে থেকেই বিক্রি হয়ে গেছে? প্রশ্ন থেকেই যাচ্ছে!!

​কোন নির্দিষ্ট ক্রাইটেরিয়ার ভিত্তিতে এই ২৪টি টিমকে ইনভাইট করা হয়েছে তার জবাবদিহিতা চাই।
​ম্যানেজমেন্টের আড়ালে বসে যারা সিন্ডিকেট নিয়ন্ত্রণ করছে, তাদের বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা নিতে হবে।
​এভাবে সিন্ডিকেট চললে নতুন আন্ডারডগ প্লেয়াররা কেন এই গেম খেলবে? তাদের স্বপ্ন কি টাকার কাছে বিক্রি হয়ে যাবে?
​ব্যক্তিগত ক্ষোভ থেকে নয়, বরং এই কমিউনিটির সাধারণ একজন প্লেয়ার হিসেবে আমি এই অবিচারের প্রতিবাদ জানাচ্ছি। যদি মনে করেন কথাগুলো যৌক্তিক, তবে আওয়াজ তুলুন।

Let’s talk about FFBPL 2026.

For the first time FFBPL is being held in Bangladesh. However, the announcement period was extremely short and the roadmap was rushed and unclear. It lacked the level of transparency that an official tournament of this scale should have.
if we look at the broader Free Fire ecosystem this tournament is still a positive step as the opening competitive cycle of 2026.

Now let’s come to the main issue

total of 24 invited slots were given to different teams as direct qualifiers for the league or group stage. The question is what were the selection criteria?
One of the invited teams was formed just a week ago. Several teams were disbanded for a period of time and one or two teams have never qualified for any official tournament. So how, and on what basis did they receive direct invited slots?

This is not hate toward those teams but it raises a valid concern are they truly qualified enough to be among those 24 teams?
Or nepotism and personal connections the key factors in securing major slots in an official tournament?

Another important point must be addressed

Keeping side the controversy around the invited teams what about the underdog teams? These teams have been struggling since day one of registration. There has been no visible or professional management. The registration website itself had multiple glitches . Even now players are repeatedly facing difficulties in the Discord server just to get IDP or role for join rooms. As a result matches are frequently being postponed.

This level of mismanagement is deeply concerning.
teams grind continuously and invest significant effort into developing players for official tournaments. If official tournaments become quota based then what is the purpose of branding them as “OPEN FOR ALL”?
Moreover how can a new competitive year begin with such serious planning and ex*****on failures? Why was there no proper preparation, structure or professional ex*****on for an event like this.
Truly Disappointed.
