Kriya is rooted in Pranavidya, the ancient science of life force. It requires no special equipment or preconditions. Simple and effective, this practice belongs to no single sect or background. It is open to anyone willing to sit in quiet awareness.

The timing carries its own quiet meaning. The moon has been slowly waxing. Gathering for Kriya now aligns our practice with this natural shift from darkness into light.

Hrossho i invites you to Kriya Yoga with Leelamoy, a practitioner or Kundalini Yoga. Join us for an evening of rejuvenation✨

Among the Trees
A Contemplative Swayambhu Retreat Rooted in Sound, Silence & Nature

An invitation to slow down and reconnect through nature, music, silence, movement, and shared presence. 🌿

Held among the forests of Sreemangal, this one-day, one-night retreat weaves together contemplative practice, Nada Yoga-inspired exploration, breath, movement, silence, and time in nature. Rather than seeking answers, it offers space to pause, listen deeply, and return to the simple experience of being.

No previous experience is necessary—only a willingness to listen.

Pre-booking is required.
As this is a small, intimate retreat, participation is by prior registration only.
