Today I am celebrating NationalHumanAnimalBondAwarenessDay and also it is my rescue spaniel, Jonesy’s 5th birthday! He came to live with us back in April this year as a rescue from Spaniel Aid UK, an organisation which does outstanding work - they have around 100 dogs in foster care at any time, and 55 in long-term foster. Having sadly suddenly lost my first rescue spaniel, George back in February this year through Lymphoma, I started working with Spaniel Aid to raise awareness of lymphoma in dogs and that’s where I met Jonesy (pictured below)! Whilst I wasn’t planning on having another dog so soon …fate seem to bring us together. Jonesy has brought so much love, fun and happiness back into our home and we have developed the most amazing and priceless bond in such a short space of time ❤️. I would also like to say a special thank you to Helen Holman who is not only a very good friend but kindly introduced me in to the world of Spaniel Aid and helped me to adopt George back in 2017 And to Helen Elizabeth from Spaniel Aid for bringing Jonesy into my life!

I am so grateful to have been given another unique opportunity to give Jonesy his best life as well as a few special treats on his birthday of course! 🐶🥳 Have a happy Sunday everyone 😄

Please get in touch if you require regular or occasional dog walks. Fully insured and DBS checked. I take up to four dogs in my car, harnessed for safety and only two dogs in the boot at one time. We enjoy the freedom that our lovely countryside gives us, exploring and learning to socialise with other well behaved dogs in my care. Every walk is always finished with a drink, a warm shower ( Muddy daddy) and a dry off before I return them happy, clean and dry back home.
