My off-site events and retreats last a weekend or a week.
The question I always ask myself is: What will still be useful three months later?
That’s why I include educational material. If we’re dedicating a few hours to learning, it has to be worth taking home.
Over the past year we’ve explored questions like:
🧘 How can you meditate without your body becoming the biggest distraction?
🦴 How do you adapt certain movements to your own anatomy instead of copying the person next to you?
💻 What can you change if your shoulders, back or hips always feel tight after a day at your desk?
These sessions are discussions as much as workshops.
People bring different bodies, different jobs, different injuries, different habits. The interesting part begins when we compare experiences, ask questions and test ideas together. That’s usually where the biggest insights appear.
Many people are surprised to learn that these workshops are recognised by Yoga Alliance as Continuing Education.
For me, the designation is secondary. What matters is that the learning doesn’t stay on the premises.
👩💻 You notice it when you’re sitting in a meeting.
✈️ When you’re carrying a suitcase through an airport.
🪑 When you realise your shoulders no longer creep towards your ears while answering emails.
That’s the kind of learning and teaching I’m interested in.
If you’re curious about my upcoming events, DM or comment YES for details - you can find them also at https://yogashape.online/retreats/.
And if you’d like to create a well-being experience for your team, I’d be happy to design something that fits your people and your workplace.

For the past months, I have been working with a 1:1 mentee on creating a more sustainable way of living and working.
Using my SHAPE Method, we have worked on stress management, habits, priorities, demanding workdays and the way she responds when several things compete for her attention.
Now, as we approach the holiday period, the focus changes.
Summer is an opportunity to recharge through three areas: rest, nature, creativity.
💤 Rest: notice what genuinely helps you recover.
🌿 Nature: spend more time outdoors, move, swim, walk and pay attention to what is around you.
🎨 Creativity: make space for curiosity, play and doing something without needing a productive outcome.
The SHAPE Method helps turn this into something personal and realistic: decide how you want to feel, look honestly at what you need, choose your intentions, practise them in everyday life, and notice what gives you energy back.
This is how I work with my 1:1 clients: we look at your goals and current reality, then build practices and structures that support the life you want to create.
💡 If you want to explore how we could work together, DM or comment YES to book a discovery call with me.
Become the architect of your reality, rather than spending your life responding to circumstances.

What if taking care of yourself didn’t require extra time, special clothes, or pushing through discomfort?
This workshop is designed for people who are busy, often mentally overloaded, and aware that their body needs attention - but don’t have the time or tools to deal with it properly.
Using the SHAPE Method, you’ll learn how to reduce tension, build awareness, and feel better in ways that fit into your day, not disrupt it.
Through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation, we’ll work through the areas that tend to carry the most - neck, shoulders, back, hips, wrists, and feet - and introduce stress-relief practices you can use in under five minutes.
These are the kinds of tools that help you stay clear under pressure and make your energy more sustainable over time.
You’ll leave with a personalised 10-minute mini-plan and handouts including:
🫁 2-minute breath awareness
🧍♀️ 5-minute movement routine
🌙 3-minute evening meditation
If you want something you can actually use - not just during the workshop, but in your everyday life - join us.

You close your laptop at the end of the day, but your body is still at work.
Your shoulders stay tense. Your jaw is tight. Your mind keeps replaying conversations that are already over.
This is where most people misunderstand well-being. They think it’s about reaching balance, as if there is a point where everything finally settles ⚖️
In reality, you are constantly 🔂 adjusting.
Your physical state, your attention, and your emotional responses move together. When one shifts, the others follow.
Well-being becomes more understandable when you learn how to read these signals. Not ‘hypothetically’, but in the middle of your workday. You notice what is slightly off, and you know what to adjust before it builds up.
👉 This is the focus of my work 👈
Through my SHAPE Method I help professionals build that awareness and translate it into practical actions they can use during a normal working day:
1️⃣ Start - set an intention
2️⃣ Honesty - about where you are
3️⃣ Aim - what to focus on
4️⃣ Practice - steps to follow
5️⃣ Evolution - conclude and continue
If you want to understand your own patterns and build a way of working that supports your energy, DM or comment YES for details.
