Yeah a fit body is nice 💪, but what about your bones, they get stronger to! It boosts your strength needed for daily jobs, it keeps your muscle stronger while you age and you also age slower by doing resistance training.🐣 By my opinion it's a number one thing to do if you want to be, and stay, healthy! Why do reverse lunges? In my opinion it's not only a good lunge variation, it also offers some benefits, different from the forward lunge. The backwards movement keeps the weight on the heel, without moving the knee too close to the toes. So less pressure on the knee. Adding weight or more complex movements is possible once you are stable enough during the whole exercise. Try it out and let me know what's your opinion!
Are you doing things, every day, that's bringing you closer to your goals. It's crucial that you know exactly what it is that you are targeting, maybe it helps you to write them down on a 'vision board'. This can keep you focused and motivated. Put it somewhere you can often see it. But also, do you have a clear plan how to reach it. Can be small steps every day. Bring your goals to life! Enjoy the weekend!

Papaya smoothie. This one is rather high in calories ( 220kcal for one glass, so it's more like a snack) but very easy to make.
• 1 papaya
• 1 banana
• 2 oranges
• 1 watermeloen
• 1 spoon of honey

Try this chiaseed pudding. No cooking skills needed for this one 😅
* 400ml coconut milk
* 4 spoons cocos powder
* 2 big squeezes honey
* 70gr chiaseed
* 1 mango
* 1 big hand of pecanuts
Mix the coconut milk, honey and chiaseeds and put it in the fridge for 8, maximum 10, hours. Cut the mango in small pieces. Create layers of chiapudding, mango, nuts and cocos powder. Enjoy! Feel free to share your thoughts.
