2024 trailrunning programm is getting shape and I love it! Last couple of days I have been signing up for some epic races. Waiting for some lottery results to give it all the final touch but it's already clear that 2024 will be one hell of a trailrunning adventure! 🤩

Last couple of weeks were full of motivating experiences. I was able to do things I could only dream of, to connect with the most amazing people, and to share my passion with a wonderful community. I am feeling grateful for all this 🙏

We had a blast at Corsica! A 90K relay race in mixed teams where a non elite runner forms a couple with an elite runner on every leg. That was the brilliant concept of the adventure. Had the best time racing the most beautiful roads and trails on the island. I just hope I didn't slow down the elites too much. 😅 we met a lot of interesting people. Each with their view on running. So helpful when you can learn from each others experience. 🙏 So great full to be part of this. Thank you,

What to say, a few days on a wonderful island with great people. Having the opportunity to test the latest equipment and the newest shoes on perfect trailrunning terrain.
Tomorrow, the ultimate test during a 90K relay race crossing the island Mare a Mare. Looking forward to tackle this adventure with our team! 🤜🤛

Soon, a new trailrunning adventure will start. I'm super excited about what's coming up. 🤩 But first, a few more days of roadrunning... and what's better than enjoying the autumn sun in running shoes and good company!? 🫶

Yesterday, we enjoyed racing .rs .Participated in the 10K relay race with .run and together, we made it to the podium. 3rd position for a long time, but with an ultimate acceleration in the final kilometer, we finished 2nd. Excellent teamwork! 💪
