Besides physical changes: even though they seem minimal...

✅Tighter glutes
✅Tighter waste
✅Tighter quads
✅Less bodyfat %
✅I created a new habit
✅I felt more energized every day
✅It was the start of more healthy lifestyle habits
✅And I inspired others to join me in this challenge!
🪞 Don’t forget that we all have goals, not the same for everyone but it’s not only physical changes that matter 🥰♥️🪞
I am grateful for the fact I enjoy working out, and I can coach and inspire others to do the same... Not only have I been able to make others fall in love with working out (Even though they said they’d never would and that people should pay them to torture them like this) 😅 I made it easier for them to make it a lifestyle, a habit and make it a lasting process of self improvement 🥰💪🏻
Since March 1th I started working out on a daily basis! And when my body became used to these goals I added more exercises to it... daily stretch, HIIT, abs, ropeskipping, walking and something I want to do extre if wanted are on my schedule 💪🏻🥳 I never felt this great before! More workout, less screen time, more outdoor, more stressrelieve... happy lifestyle!

How to become more confident...? DONT! Stop Asking this question and start focussing on acceptance. The more you accept, the more peaceful you start living, the less doubts you have and the happier you’ll be, knowing you are able to live like you want with successes and mistakes! Be aware that acceptance is not the same as laziness! You can still invest in becoming a better version of yourself on physical and mental aspects. But accept that sometimes it goes great and sometimes it’s going to be a struggle with ups and downs. If you accept this you can still grow. If you do not accept this it might even be a harder fight with every setback...
Don’t let Corona be a factor to lose motivation! Keep fit, stay positive, workout for your fun but also for decreasing your stress level, keep structure, focus on discipline and I promise you you’ll be happier in general 🥰💪🏻😌 sport can have a big impact on your general well-being! So do not neglect it... even if you don’t feel like it, you’ll be happy you did it Afterall!
