💕I’m very proud of myself! ✅ for the all week also I did some extra riding because I’m realising the amount of time I’ve been spending it is not enough for the .3sunshinecoast (90K distance 🚴♀️ = around 4:30h) I usually train 2:50h in one goal.
17 weeks to go!!!
Also working full time/ Daughter/ Husband/ sleeping 8-10hs💕

Weekly report 🏊♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️🏋️♀️I a bit upset to do not make my plan 😏 I know I’m doing my best! ✅unfortunately it is not just the way what I would like to…I also have a husband & daughter, full time job and friends/family 💕
- it is important to have a social life 🧑🧑🧒
- 🚙travelled to 📍 can’t take the bike inside the car with family
- it was amazing to enjoy the Weeding 👰♀️🤵🏼♂️
