Reflecting on Gratitude
This morning, as I sat on the patio sipping my coffee, a random thought crossed my mind: who are the people I would like to say “Thank You” to for impacting my life? It was a wonderful moment of reflection, a chance to stroll down memory lane and recognize the many individuals who deserve my gratitude.
It’s the little things that others do for us—those moments of support, encouragement, or even life-changing advice—that truly shape our journeys. Often, we fail to express our appreciation, assuming that they know how much they’ve helped us.

How can you chase your dream?
Steps you can do to get closer
1. Make your dream clear and specific - give your dream details
2. Make a plan to detail every step that you can envision that is needed.
3. Do some research, talk to people, read books, utilize the internet.
4. Work on your mindset, you have to build confidence, discipline, resilience, determination.
5. Take action. Start small if you have to but start. You won’t get to the dream by just talking, or dreaming about it.
6. Accountability. You must be accountable for your dreams and having a someone to hold you to your word is the easiest way of doing this. A friend, family member, a coach.
