What stands out to me from this photo (thanks Michael B. for the capture) is the way this trio moved as a team during our recent trip to Hope Town, Abaco for the Garbonzo Masters.
Yes, they're competitive and sometimes bicker, but when it came down to it they moved together, looked out for each other and I'd like to think respected each other.
They began their surfing journey in our annual summer surf camp. And I'd again like to think maybe some of those values have been helped along during their past few summers with us.
Our Twenty First Annual surf camp is now taking sign ups!

Congrats surf camp alums Eliza Denning John Alexiou - love the note about learning they belong at the front of the fleet

Congratulations to all our sailors at the iconic Tuuci Orange Bowl International Youth Regatta in Miami this past week and notably to Eliza Denning - top female in the ILCA 6 event.

Their diligence to training is showing in their continued improvements on the race course. This is our first ever event in which all our ILCA6 sailors made the Gold fleet (main finals) - qualifying in the top half of the fleet.

The nexts steps to work on are self confidence and mental stamina and also the appreciation that they truly belong at the front of the fleet. This self confidence only comes with time, racing in big fleet events.
