Pan seared chicken breast in white wine garlic jus
Ingredients:
chicken breast
A few splashes of olive oil
3/4 cup of white wine
1 cup of chicken broth
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of minced garlic, or one clove finely chopped

Check out this simple grass fed lamb chops with broccoli and mushroom side!

Recipe:
( i used boneless grass- fed lamb chops)

drizzle lamb chops with avocado oil and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

wash and cut broccoli and mushroom.

cook broccoli in butter/avocado oil for 5 minutes on a little below medium heat and add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper.

sear lamb chops for a couple minutes on each side on medium heat the turn to low and cook until how tender you like it. it doesn't take long! i topped the lamb with fresh rosemary.
