Between running around teaching Sunday School this morning to representing my home church at today’s Mothering Sunday March, I kept my streak intact and burned calories to some good old band music 🎶

Most mornings I wake up feeling pretty good. Thankful for the say ahead.
Today I felt…..unpretty.
Hating how my body looks.
Feeling frustrated.

During my walk and talk with God, I began to count my blessing and speak positivity over my life.

Today was the fastest I clocked in a long time. I am not where I was when I was in full marathon training mode, but I’m not a mess either. I am taking my journey one step at a time. 💜
