As we come together to celebrate Play True Day on 14 April 2026, the Bhutan Anti-Doping Committee calls on every Bhutanese athlete, coach, and sports lover to stand united for something bigger than competition, the spirit of clean sport.

This yearโ€™s message, โ€œPlay True. It Starts with You.โ€, is more than just a theme. It is a reminder that honesty, integrity, and respect begin with each one of us. Every choice we make shapes the future of sport.

Bhutan has always stood for values. As a nation, we believe in fairness, in discipline, and in doing what is right even when no one is watching. This is our strength. This is our identity. Now, it is time to show the world what it truly means to Play True.

We invite all Bhutanese athletes across the country and beyond to be part of this movement. Wherever you are, your voice matters.

Send us your videos, your messages, or photos of you holding a โ€œPlay True Day Bhutanโ€ sign. Let your face, your story, and your commitment inspire others.

Share your entries with us on WhatsApp at 17784836, and be part of a nationwide showcase on 14 April 2026.

Let us come together, not just in words, but in action. Let us show our truth, our pride, and our commitment, visually, powerfully, and as one nation.

Not everyone runs to win.
Some run to find themselves.

In Bhutan, happiness is not chased.
Itโ€™s risen into.

Every step. Every struggle. Every hand that helps.
The hardest climbsโ€ฆ lead to the most meaningful moments.

This is not just a race.
This is the ascent of happiness.
