Let me introduce myself

I am Itumeleng Jennifer Mathekela, a beginner coach on skinny-fat bodies.

I got to take this route after being told by the doctor, a month ago, that I have too much body fats and I have to carb them to avoid some health issues I had been experiencing lately. Knowing my body weight or size, I thought the doctor was joking until he ran some tests and the results were bad.
Leading to taking a bold step into taking my health and fitness serious hence the birth of my journey with Flat Stomach Tea company and this page.
