Tomorrow we are taking a trip to Mambo with the Under 18 side for another friendly encounter with the Mambo, Masingwaneng and Sechele select side.

The 2026/27 Season kicks off tomorrow and this is a call to all those who wish to join or continue with us this coming season.

This past season was for acclimatization, and with this current season our main aim is to challenge for promotion. We are therefore looking for those players who are up and ready for the challenge.

Training resume at 1600hrs at our Nshakazhogwe Primary School home grounds. Transport is provided from Sebina to Nshakazhogwe and back with pick ups at the Ikapro Stall.

JUNIOR TEAMS UPDATE

Our kids are oozing talent. In yesterday's Friendly Encounters against Northern Royals from Tutume our Junior teams showed a lot of hunger and talent to excel. The results, though not really important, speaks volumes about what is coming out of Shangano.

A SEASON OF ACCLIMATIZATION, SYSTEM READY TO ROAR AGAIN...

As we bring the 2025/26 FRAFA Division 1 season to a close, we reflect on a campaign that can best be described as a season of acclimatization. This was a year of learning, adjustment, rebuilding, and laying the foundations for greater success in the future.

We concluded the season in 4th position with 44 points from 30 matches, having registered 13 wins, 5 draws, and 12 defeats. We scored 36 goals, conceded 31, and finished with a positive goal difference of +5. While the final position may not fully reflect our ambitions, it demonstrates that we remained competitive throughout the campaign and established ourselves among the leading teams in the division.

The season demanded that we adapt to new realities, refine our structures, and strengthen our systems both on and off the field. There were periods where consistency eluded us, but there were also many moments that showed the potential within our squad and the direction in which our club is heading.

Defensively, we remained one of the more disciplined sides in the league, conceding just 31 goals in 30 matches. This provided a solid platform from which to build, even though we know there is still room for improvement in converting performances into points.

Our season officially ended through a disciplinary ruling after our final fixture against Leopards FC was not honoured by our opponents. The matter was adjudicated in our favour, bringing the curtain down on our campaign. While we would have preferred to conclude the season on the field of play, the outcome ensured that the rules and integrity of the competition were upheld.
