Under the trees, we did more than brunch. We paused.
We reflected.

We wrote down thoughts we had been carrying for far too long.

We shared stories, listened deeply, and gave ourselves permission to slow down.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, this was a gentle reminder that sometimes growth begins when we become still.

Because self-mastery begins with creating space to hear yourself think.

A beautiful afternoon of conversation, reflection, connection, and intentional living.

Today my office had a few more plants, a little more sunshine and a much needed pause.

After the success of The Luxe Bush Table, I found myself needing a moment to pause, reflect and debrief.

I have come to appreciate that when my mind feels crowded, the answer is not always to push harder. Sometimes it is to step away.

A different environment has a way of quieting the noise, helping us to process our experiences, celebrate our wins, capture lessons learned and make room for fresh ideas.

As much as we talk about decluttering our homes, desks, and calendars, we rarely talk about decluttering our minds. Yet mental clarity is often where our best decisions, creativity, and next steps begin.

Today’s agenda was simple: tea, gratitude, reflection, and a little space to think.

Some meetings are with clients. Some are with teams.
And sometimes, the most important meeting is the one you have with yourself.

Our Little Escape Under the Trees 🌳 🍃🍂

This past weekend, we stepped away from the noise of the city and gathered beneath the trees for an afternoon of connection, reflection, good food, beautiful conversations and meaningful moments.

As summer slowly took its bow and winter quietly arrived, we took a moment to pause and sit with ourselves. Through our Dear Spring letters, we paused long enough to acknowledge how far we have come. We reflected on the season we were leaving behind, celebrated lessons learned, released what no longer served us, and made space for the season ahead.

There was laughter shared between old friends and new ones. There were conversations that reminded us that we are not walking life’s journey alone. There was music, delicious food, thoughtful exchanges and the simple joy of being fully present.

One of the highlights of the day was celebrating one of our own the creative director behind who recently made her debut at the Fashion Without Borders Fashion Show in Johannesburg, South Africa. Her courage, creativity and achievement reminded us that when one woman rises, we all celebrate with her.

The Luxe Bush Table was never just about brunch.

It was about creating space. Space to pause. Space to reflect. Space to connect. Space to celebrate one another.

A gentle reminder that some of life’s most meaningful moments happen when we slow down enough to truly be present.

Until the next table. 🌿🍂🍃

A beautiful morning spent celebrating International Tea Day at Grand Palm Hotel. ☕️🤎

Good tea, meaningful conversations, elegant company, and scrumptious treats shared among fellow tea lovers ….truly one of those gentle reminders that life’s sweetest moments are often found in simple gatherings and warm connections.

There is something timeless about tea culture… the slowing down, the conversations, the laughter, the etiquette, and the sense of togetherness it brings.

Ofcourse… tea somehow always tastes better when shared. ☕❤️☕️

Midweek check-in.

Some days entrepreneurship feels exciting and purposeful… and other days it feels like replying to emails while running on caffeine, faith, and sheer discipline.

But we keep going.

We keep showing up even on the days we don’t fully feel like it.
We keep choosing the dream.
We keep finding little pockets of joy in between the pressure, the planning, the uncertainty, the deadlines, and the growth.

One thing I’m learning is that success is rarely built in big glamorous moments. Most times, it is quietly built on ordinary Wednesdays… through consistency, resilience, and staying focused when nobody is clapping yet.

So here’s your reminder:
Rest when needed. Regroup when necessary. But don’t lose sight of your vision. Do not lose the dream 💖

Keep going. Your future is watching you in real time.

As my country Botswana pauses today to mourn the passing of our beloved third President Dr Festus Mogae, may this day carry a little more gentleness, grace and gratitude for all of us.

To those taking advantage of the holiday and resting, may you truly rest. To those working, may your day be productive, peaceful and fulfilling as you close off the week. And to all of us navigating these moments together, may we continue to lead our lives either compassion, dignity and purpose; that’s the legacy Rre Mogae left for us 🙏

Sometimes even a quiet cup of coffee or tea becomes a reminder to slow down, reflect and appreciate the gift of another day. Wishing everyone a restful and meaningful weekend.

This past weekend reminded me of another meaningful engagement I never got the opportunity to share.

One of the conversations that stayed with me from that gathering was around the theme: “Your Bargaining Power.”

And while many people immediately think of money or negotiation, I left reflecting on something deeper…

Your bargaining power is also:
- your presence,
- your confidence,
- your competence,
- your communication,
- your emotional intelligence,
- your reputation,
- and the way you make people feel.

It is built quietly over time through:
self-mastery, consistency, intentional behaviour and the courage to continuously grow.

Grateful to have been part of such a meaningful conversation alongside remarkable women committed to growth, leadership and transformation.

There’s something deeply beautiful about returning to a room years later and realizing that not only has the event evolved but so have you.

This past weekend at , I found myself overwhelmed with gratitude and nostalgia.

In 2022, under the theme “The Journey to Becoming,” I had the honour of sitting on that stage as a speaker, pouring into women about growth, purpose, etiquette, leadership and becoming the women we are called to be.

Fast forward to 2026, I returned as an attendee under the theme “Women Evolve in Business & Leadership”and I sat there in awe. In awe of how much the movement has grown. In awe of how the women in the room have grown. And quietly in awe of my own evolution too.

Growth truly has a way of humbling you.
The dreams get bigger.
The rooms get fuller.
The conversations get deeper.
And the women? We become softer, wiser, bolder and more intentional.

Thank you to and the entire Women Evolve team for consistently creating spaces where women are seen, sharpened, empowered and celebrated. What you are building is important, impactful and necessary.

To the phenomenal speakers and contributors:

and Mme Mma Tebelelo Seretse

Thank you for pouring into us so generously.

I am so proud to have grown with this movement and even prouder to continue supporting spaces dedicated to women development, leadership, healing, business and purpose.

Here’s to evolving gracefully and becoming endlessly. 🌸💕

We closed the month of January on a high note, setting a grounded and intentional tone for the rest of the year.

This past Saturday, 31st January, The Etiquette Class hosted and I facilitated the Self-Mastery & Etiquette Class, and I’ve been sitting with the feedback since. It was thoughtful, reflective, and clear in one simple truth: this is work we all need.

The session created space for people to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with how inner awareness shapes outward conduct — how we lead ourselves, communicate, and show up in everyday life.

I’m grateful for the openness in the room and the depth of engagement. It affirmed that self-mastery and personal etiquette are not luxuries, but essential life practices.

As we move into the year ahead, I’m opening space for:
• Small group sessions, and
• One-on-one engagements,
for those seeking intentional personal development in a more focused setting.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out quietly.
