Behind Cappello at Mall of Maun, the week starts the way it should, with work. Monday to Thursday, 17:30–19:00, strength, cardio, circuits and shuttles keep us sharp.
Saturday, Delta Palms at 6:30am is where the real test begins 👉🏽 5, 10, 15 or 21KM.

Sunshine Plaza Mall, Monday to Thursday, 17:30–19:00.Cardio, strength, circuits, and a 10KM to test what we’ve built. Then Saturday, the Mascom Batanani Walk brings the whole crew together at Francistown Council Stadium.

Riverview Mall hosts us Monday to Thursday, 17:30–19:00, all week long. We build endurance, we build strength, we chase hills at BIUST. And when Saturday comes, Transport Turn is where we gather at 6am for the Club Weekend Run — 10, 21 or 30KM on the table.

Monday to Thursday at Ministry of Youth and Gender, CBD, 17:30–19:00, every session counts toward something bigger. Saturday it’s the BDF A/C Marathon Activation in SSKB, and Sunday closes strong with the Pick’n Pay Go Sunday Run at Shell Village — 4:30pm, 5 & 10KM.
