'Find The Ball' is a Club Invitational Netball Tournament hosted annually on the 3rd weekend of July by Botswana Defence Force Sporting Club in Gaborone, Botswana.

The 7th edition of the Find the Ball Tournament concluded with Zimbabwe Defence Force Queens standing tall as champions of the Senior Women Category.
Their impressive run throughout the competition was defined by composure under pressure, tactical discipline, and a relentless desire to win. Match after match, they rose to the occasion, eventually securing the championship in convincing fashion.

Green Lightning are the 2026 Find The Ball Men's Champions!
In one of the most thrilling matches of the tournament, Green Lightning from Eswatini edged Police Netball Club of Botswana 38-37 to be crowned the 2026 Find The Ball Men's Champions.
The final was a true spectacle, with both teams producing high-quality netball from the opening centre pass to the final whistle. Neither side gave an inch, but Green Lightning held their composure in the closing stages to secure a memorable one-goal victory and write their name into the Find The Ball history books.
Congratulations to Green Lightning on an outstanding tournament and a deserved championship. Your determination, teamwork and resilience have earned you the title of 2026 Find The Ball Men's Champions.
A special commendation goes to Police Netball Club, whose remarkable run to the final and fighting spirit throughout the competition made them worthy finalists.
The Men's Category once again showcased the tremendous growth and quality of men's netball in Southern Africa, providing fans with four days of exciting and competitive action.

A new chapter has been written at the 7th Edition of the Find The Ball Netball Tournament as Maun Heroes Under-21 were crowned the 2026 Development Category Champions.
In a fiercely contested final, the young heroines from Maun displayed composure, resilience and exceptional teamwork to overcome a determined BDF Cats Under-21 side and claim a memorable 42-37 victory.
Both teams showcased the bright future of Botswana netball, treating spectators to an entertaining contest filled with passion, skill and determination. While BDF Cats fought gallantly until the final whistle, it was Maun Heroes who held their nerve to lift the championship trophy.
Congratulations to Maun Heroes U21 on an outstanding tournament and a well-deserved title.
We also applaud BDF Cats U21 for a remarkable campaign and thank both teams for demonstrating the quality and promise of the next generation of netball talent.
