The Tshepang Charity Foundation donated food hampers to 10 vulnerable families in Metsimotlhabe over the weekend, as part of their ongoing efforts to support communities facing economic hardship.

‎Founder of the organisation Tshepang Segokgo, said the initiative is driven by her faith and a calling from God to extend love, compassion and practical support to those in need. Based in Australia, the Motswana philanthropist said her vision is to expand the foundation's reach and help more Batswana break the cycle of poverty.

‎Segokgo noted that the country's economic challenges and high unemployment, continue to leave many families struggling to meet their basic needs. Adding that the foundation remains committed to restoring hope, transforming lives and providing assistance to vulnerable members of society.

‎When handing over the food hampers at the Metsimotlhabe Main Kgotla, the Member of Parliament for Mmopane–Metsimotlhabe, Plushie Manyeneng, commended the foundation's efforts noting the importance of supporting vulnerable communities.
