CLUB STATEMENT:

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our former player and esteemed Executive Member, Mothusi "DIDA" Obupile.

Dida was a valued member of our football family whose contribution to the club extended far beyond the pitch. As a former player, he represented our colours with pride,commitment and passion. In his later years as an Executive Member, he continued to serve the club with dedication, wisdom and an unwavering love for the club and its supporters.

His passing is a great loss to the entire club, his family, friends, former teammates, colleagues and supporters. We will forever remember his service, his character and the lasting legacy he leaves behind.

To his family and loved ones, we extend our deepest condolences during this difficult time. May God grant you strength, comfort and peace as you mourn this great loss.

The journey has not been an easy one, and although we did not finish in the position we hoped for, one thing remains certain ,we are a family, we are a team, and we continue to stand together through every challenge and every victory. Football is not only about results, but about unity, growth, discipline, and representing our community with pride.

Today’s gathering was truly special and meaningful. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciation to all the elders of the community who took their valuable time to attend and grace our meeting. Your presence, guidance, wisdom, and continuous support mean a lot to us as players, management, and supporters.

To every elder who has stood by the team throughout the season, encouraged us during difficult moments, motivated the boys, attended matches, supported our events, and believed in our vision ,we say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support does not go unnoticed. It gives us strength to continue pushing forward and striving for better seasons ahead.

A big thank you also goes to our supporters, sponsors, technical team, players, and everyone behind the scenes who contributed in one way or another throughout the campaign. Every sacrifice, every effort, and every contribution helped shape this season.

This season may not have ended exactly how we wanted on the table, but it has built character, experience, brotherhood, and lessons that will make us stronger moving forward. We fall together, we rise together, and we continue together as one united team.

The future remains bright. This is not the end it is only the beginning of greater things to come. ❤️⚽

We finish 9th in the First Division South League—just one spot away from securing a spot in the Orange FA Cup next season. While we’re proud of our progress, the goal is clear: we’ll be coming back stronger, hungrier, and more intense next season, ready to challenge for the league!
