Equipment - Dumbbells
1) Dumbbell Single Arm Sn**ch - 15 reps each side, 4sets
2) Under The Bridge Crunch - 12-15 reps, 4 sets
3) Chest Down Push Up - 12-15 reps, 4 sets
4) Slider Knee Tuck Ins - 15 reps, 4 sets
Complete exercise 1 to 4 and repeat for 4 rounds/sets. Finish off with a 5min stretch

And remember this, there's no such over-stretching, so whenever you get chance, STRETCH!!!!

Equipment Needed - Dumdbell
1) DB Curl and Squat - 12-15 reps, 4 sets
2) Offset Deadlift to Knee raise - 12-15 reps each side, 4 sets
3) Single leg Hip Bridge - 12-15 reps each side, 4 sets
4) Lunges - 12-15 reps each side, 4 sets

Finish off with a 5min stretch
