As we continue through our soft opening, our team is working tirelessly to refine every aspect of the course. Establishing a championship-quality golf course is an ongoing process, and we're committed to delivering the best possible playing experience.

Current and upcoming course improvement projects include:
• Sodding bare areas on Hole 9 and throughout the driving range to establish consistent turf coverage.

• Enhancing the efficiency of our cultural turf management practices to promote healthy, vigorous grass development.

• Weekly sand topdressing of the greens to improve surface smoothness, firmness, and putting consistency.

• Expanding the cart path network to improve traffic flow while protecting native and environmentally sensitive areas.

• Installing additional practice targets on the driving range to enhance the practice experience.

• Constructing new waste bunkers to improve both course strategy and visual appeal.

• Installing stone and rock features to create cleaner landscape edges and more defined architectural lines.

• Casting custom concrete features, including benches and Mayan stelae, to enhance comfort and celebrate the property's unique character.

• Propagating a wide variety of plants to support future landscape installations across the course.

• Developing beautiful landscape features throughout the property to enhance the course's overall aesthetic and sense of place.
