We’re Hiring: Head Golf Course Mechanic / Shop Manager ⛳️🔧

📍 Placencia, Belize | Full-Time
Join our team to lead all equipment maintenance operations and keep our course running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage preventative maintenance for all turf equipment & golf carts
• Diagnose & repair gas, diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Maintain and sharpen cutting units to course standards
• Oversee parts inventory & shop organization
• Work closely with the Superintendent & train staff

What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5+ years turf equipment mechanic experience (golf course preferred)
• Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics & reel sharpening
• Experience with brands like Toro, John Deere, or Jacobsen
• Valid driver’s license
