🌿Wellness Begins in Community🌿

On August 8th, Black Orchid Wellness partnered with Tek Time Fi Read at the Belmopan Book Fair, leading two joyful yoga sessions for children.

For BOW, this outreach was about more than teaching yoga poses. It was about planting seeds, helping children understand that taking care of their minds and bodies matters and showing them that wellness can be joyful, welcoming and accessible.

Because when we introduce wellness early, we give children tools they can carry for life. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨🌿

Saturdays just got a little more exciting! 🌿✨

Yoga with Leatita has officially moved from Tuesday mornings to Saturday mornings. 🧘🏽‍♀️💫

Note: This Thursday, Yoga Session will be lead by Laetitia.
