Enjoy slow rhythms, nourishing breaths and gentle movements over the Caribbean Sea. Meet at the Sundeck Palapa Bar and Grill Thursdays 8:30-9:30 for a soulful island morning.

Yesteday's rain left the ground a little too wet for mats, so we're going to cancel this morning's class at Ix Chel Wellness Resort.
