Ajax Cricket Club was privileged to welcome Marilyn Crawford to the Ajax Cricket Ground as she visited the Canada Women’s Under-19 Cricket Team during their warm-up matches.

Marilyn took the time to meet with the players, offer words of encouragement, and recognize the dedication and commitment these talented young women have shown while preparing to represent Canada. Her genuine support for women’s sports and youth development sends a powerful message that hard work, perseverance, and passion deserve to be celebrated.

Ajax Cricket Club delivered a complete team performance to register a commanding 104-run victory over 6ix Patriots CC in the TDCA First Division.

Batting first, Ajax CC posted a formidable 249/8 in 40 overs, led by a sensational 110 off 67 balls from Shabry Haniffa, whose explosive century laid the perfect foundation for a match-winning total. He was well supported by Akhil with a composed 58 off 90 balls, while Shazaib added a valuable 26.

Our bowlers then backed up the batting effort brilliantly, bowling out 6ix Patriots CC for 145 in 28.4 overs.
