The difficulties of starting something fresh are constant. It might be the sense of being in uncharted territory, the anxiety of adjusting to a new social group, or realising that failure is a possibility. Getting involved in the first place and being willing to declare, "Yes, I can, and I will," even before the event begins may be the most difficult part. We will eventually discover our sense of place if we are persistent, truthful with ourselves, and tenacious through the peaks and valleys.

ARE WE REALLY WHAT WE EAT
What do you rely on when you're depressed?
If you're anything like me, you'll say "something sweet" in the form of a chocolate-glazed doughnut, an ice cream tub, or a box of chocolates.
After eating it, we feel better nearly immediately. When we eat foods with a high caloric content, our brains release pleasure hormones (like dopamine) that contribute to these positive feelings.
Additionally, not simply sweet things can affect our mood. According to research, eating organic food increases our feelings of happiness and hope, while eating foods strong in protein increases our drive and focus.

You don't have to be super athletic to have your expected wellness goals, Simple is good...while not jug or walk for 30 minutes a day. You never know......😁
