⨠Thank You â¨
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined me for this morning's yoga class.
I am truly grateful for each of you who showed up, shared your energy, and helped create such a welcoming and supportive space. Whether this was a reintroduction to your practice or your very first class with me, it was a joy to spend the morning together.
I am excited for what lies ahead, and I feel incredibly blessed to be building this community with all of you.
Today's class was offered as a complimentary class â a chance to reconnect with familiar faces and introduce new students to our yoga journey.
đ§ââď¸ Our official 6-Week Yoga Series begins June 10 and runs through July 15.
And since one of our classes falls on Canada Day đ¨đŚ, we'll decide together whether we'd like to gather for class that day or enjoy the holiday with family and friends.
Thank you again for being part of this beautiful beginning.
I can't wait to see you all next Wednesday!
Namaste đâ¨

Saturdays are for making memories. â¤ď¸
Every week my daughter and grandsons and I go do something active and fun to move our bodies and get exercise.
Then itâs our tradition â sushi and bubble tea after. đĽ˘đ§
We even snuck away for a quick picture without the boys noticing đ
Spending time with my family is hands down my favorite way to spend a Saturday.
What should our next adventure be? đ

Youâre not stuck.
Youâre just repeating whatâs comfortable.
Same habits.
Same choices.
Same results.
Most people arenât trappedâŚ
theyâre just loyal to a version of life that isnât working anymore.
Comfort feels safe.
But itâs also where progress goes to die.
At some point, you either: stay in the loop
or
step through the door.

Itâs interesting how quickly people label something theyâve never researched.
The financial services industry requires licensing, regulation, and ongoing education.
Itâs not shortcuts.
Itâs not hype.
Itâs a profession focused on helping families build protection and long-term strategies.
If someone wants to learn more, Iâm happy to have that conversation.
But opinions without information donât build futures.
Education does.

Legacy Isnât an AccidentâItâs a Plan
Your family is transferring wealth.
You may have an inheritance.
You want to leave something meaningful behind.
You care about your familyâand maybe a cause close to your heart.
So⌠where do you start?
Start Simple. Build Smart.
A strong legacy begins with clarity:
Know what you have
Know where it goes
Make sure the right people receive it, the right way
A will is just the foundationânot the full plan.
Keep More of What Youâve Built
Without planning, taxes and delays can quietly take a large portion of your estate.
Thoughtful strategies can help:
Reduce tax impact over time
Create efficient wealth transfer
Protect what youâve worked hard to build
Turn Protection Into a Strategy
Tools like life insurance arenât just about coverageâthey can:
* Help offset final taxes
* Provide liquidity when it matters most
* Create a tax-efficient transfer to family or charities
Leave More Than Money
A true legacy reflects what matters to you:
* Supporting your family
* Giving to a cause you believe in
* Creating stability and peace of mind for the next generation
The Goal
Not just what you leave behindâ
but what actually reaches the people and causes you care about.
If legacy, family, and keeping more of your money working for you mattersâ
letâs have a simple conversation and explore what that could look like for you.
