Calling all friends! I need help! I need to do my evaluation for my fitness certification in June. I need 5 people to participate in the workout for the evaluation and I need you to come to a couple workouts beforehand so both you and I are a little comfortable with it. I'm running workouts Monday evening 6:30-7:30 outdoors at the Angus Park. Please message me if you can come or if you would like to come but that night is not good for you and we'll try to work something out.

MOMS, LADIES, (Dad's if you don't mind being outnumbered). I am starting a "FIT WALKERS" Class on Monday April 16th. Classes will run Mon, Wed, Fri 10am - 11am (approx). Cost is $2/class, also offering weekly and monthly discounts. We will meet in the Canex parking lot on Base, opposite end from the park. Class will consist of a 5k walk with stretching and exercises mixed in along the way. Please let me know if you are interested so I have a general idea of how many to expect. Feel free to message me with any questions. Can't wait to see everyone there, meet some new people and to get out and enjoy the weather!

Hey everyone. If you are interested in taking a fitness class with me but can't make it out to my Monday night class I would be willing to come to you. If you have space I can come to your home and do a one on one workout, you can get a few friends together and I could do a lesson for the group of you, just message me and we can hash out the details.

Exercise #1: Superman Pushups (16)
Exercise #2: Elevated Pushup, Knee to Elbow (10/5)
Exercise #3: Squat & Press (17)
Exercise #4: Squat & Press, Jump Forward, 3 Squats, Jump Back (5)
Exercise #5: Forward Lunge, Side Lunge, Knee Up, Alternate Legs (10)
Exercise #6: Elevated Arm Pushup, Sumo Legs (7)
Exercise #7: Tricep Dip (23)
Exercise #8: Overhead Abs (13)
Exercise #9: Speed Run
Again you want to see how many of each exercise you can do in 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in between. Don't forget to post your scores and let me know how you did.
