Here’s a video from an incredible day as we officially launched Goalball in West Nova, along with a brief introduction to the sport and how it’s played. Goalball is a unique Paralympic sport designed for athletes with vision loss, relying on teamwork, communication, and sound to compete.
At Para PowerPlay, we’re proud to bring inclusive and accessible opportunities like Goalball to our local communities. Every program we offer is made possible through the support of our community.
Our public events—such as our charity golf tournament and our hockey camps—directly fund programming right here in West Nova. Every dollar raised stays local, helping us create opportunities for persons with disabilities, provide accessible equipment and programming, and support individuals and families in our own communities.
Unlike many larger charities where donations are distributed across many regions, your support of Para PowerPlay makes a direct impact right here at home.
