Good job to the Woodshop team at the Maco got 3rd place in his division after three matches, Maddie got 1st place with two wins, and Dylan got Bronze in the Absolute division. Thanks to all the training partners getting everyone ready.

When Maddie Tate-Beaver started training with us a few years ago she had originally joined the youth program. Coming to Woodshop with a black belt in taekwondo and already having a love for martial arts helped her catch onto things quickly. She is an amazing training partner, a great athlete, a beautiful human being, she pulls her friends and siblings into classes to help build the sport and we are glad we've managed to pull her into the adult class for more time on the mats. Congratulations Maddie! 🥳🤩

Mark got his blue belt yesterday! Unfortunately, Mark had to take a little break awhile back from training for an injury and then work and life doesn't always co-operate with getting to classes as often as he'd like. However, when time allows, he puts his effort and time into being a part of our Woodshop community. We are grateful to have you back training with us and excited for your future in the sport!

Keanan has been training up at Grant's for the past few months. We were sad to lose him at the Woodshop but we are glad he's training at a gym that recognizes all that hard work he's put in on the mats. Congrats on the brown belt K-dawg - come back soon! 😁

Quick reminder that our Youth & Women's Tuesday and Thursday 4:30pm classes are taking a short break and will re-start in the New Year! - Can't wait! :)
