​Extra innings were needed to settle tonight’s championship game, with the Napanee Express U17 pulling off a tight 7-6 win over EMS-Tech! 🥎

For Napanee, Peyton Brooks, Rhea Hollingsworth, and Savannah Parks delivered greatness on the mound with a combined 17 strikeouts. Brooks and Parks also contributed at the plate, each hitting a double.

Joni Hoover put in a fantastic full-game performance pitching, racking up 13 strikeouts for EMS-Tech. Shannon Williams added an extra-base hit with a double.

EMS‑Tech moves on to Wednesday’s championship behind a strong outing from Joni Hoover, who finished with 17 strikeouts and a double. Extra‑base hits from Maddison Meiklejohn, Emily DeBallo, and Shannon Williams kept the offense moving.
Ashlinn Cox threw well for P38, recording 7 strikeouts.

Consolation Game — SieSloan Contracting 13, Quinte Home Installations 4

SieSloan’s lineup stayed productive throughout, with Maddi Empey and Ashley Legault combining for 8 strikeouts. Doubles from Kelsey O’Connell, Cindy Meredith, and Shannon Williams added to the momentum, and Empey chipped in a double plus 3 RBI.

For QHI, Sarah Brenton and Shari Metcalf pitched well, while Erica Booth delivered two doubles.

The final game of the season will be played on Wednesday, August 19 between EMS-Tech and Napanee Express U17 🥎

Unfortunately, tonight's game is cancelled as the Napanee Express U17 team has to forfeit.

EMS-Tech defeated SieSloan Contracting tonight 16-5. Joni Hoover had a stellar pitching performance with 15 strikeouts. Katie Norton and Jackie O'Brien each hit a double and Kaitlyn Campbell hit a triple.

Maddi Empey and Ashley Brash shared the pitching duties for SieSloan Contracting. Big hitters for SieSloan Contracting were Morgan Whalen and Mackenzie Koomen each with a double.

It was another busy night in league play with two games on the schedule.

In the opener, EMS-Tech put together a strong performance, defeating P38 Energy Propane 7–1. Joni Hoover led the way in the circle with 9 strikeouts, while Shannon Williams, Maddi Empey, Mandee Borne and Kaitlyn Campbell each added a double to fuel the offense. Ashlinn Cox pitched well in her return for P38, finishing with 3 strikeouts.

The late game saw Napanee Express U17 pick up a 9–2 win over Quinte Home Installations. Savannah Parks and Rhea Hollingsworth combined for 13 strikeouts, keeping QHI’s bats quiet. Offensively, Peyton Brooks had a standout night with two doubles and four RBI. Maddi Empey also pitched a strong game for QHI, adding five strikeouts.

Napanee Express swept their doubleheader tonight with wins over EMS‑Tech and SieSloan Contracting.

In the opener, Napanee took an 8–0 victory. Peyton Brooks went the distance with 10 strikeouts. Camryn Brooks added a double, while Aliyah Beleza and Gracie Hearns each hit a triple. For EMS‑Tech, Joni Hoover threw a full game and collected 8 strikeouts.

In the late game against SieSloan Contracting, Napanee earned a 7–1 win. Rhea Hollingsworth recorded 6 strikeouts, and Aliyah Beleza added a double to secure the sweep.

Next Wednesday, August 5, the league returns with another doubleheader:
