We're so excited to introduce our special Family Yoga Events for Spring & Summer, kicking off this May! 🌸☀️

Each month, we’ll be hosting a unique event designed to bring families together to move, play, and connect in meaningful ways.

A little different from our usual posts, but we’re excited to share our new logo! As we approach four years of Hands to Centre this June, we felt it was time for a little rebranding.

We wanted our vision to shine even brighter. Hands to Centre Inc. was inspired by the “hands to heart” pose, a simple gesture of bringing awareness inward and grounding at the heart, the foundation of Hands to Centre.

Our new logo reflects this intention through three guidelines: HEART ❤️, SUN ☀️, and WATER 🌊. Together, they represent caring hearts, bright energy, and flowing with change.
